既存の建物の解体が完了し、
元々長屋だったために,
右となりの建物の
外壁補修をしました。
（長屋の場合、外壁を隣と共有しているため）
左側の隣地の鉄骨造alc外壁も、
この機会にalcのジョイントに雨が入ってこないよう
コーキング打ちをすることになりました。
（左側の隣地は
建て替えてギリギリ寄せて外壁を建てていたので、
alcの仕上げやコーキングをしていなかったようでした。）
というか、建て替える時普通仕上げできるように
少しはセットバックして立てると思うんだけど、、。
長屋の敷地は経験上初めてでしたが、
色々勉強になりました。
こうやってみると、
奥に細長い敷地であることがよくわかります。
ここに少し変わった３階の建物が建つ予定です！。
