Okayama kobo bakery & cafe

おかやま工房の直営店となるパン屋（ベーカリー）＆カフェ、ビアバーの設計。
アメリカ合衆国カリフォルニア州アナハイム。再開発が進み、街の中心部に活気が戻りつつあるアナハイム市。その開発業社のデザインコードを元に、reclaimed woodと呼ばれる、再利用された木材を各所に用いた。なるべく既存を用いたデザインとし、床のコンクリートにロゴを印刷したり、クライアントにディスプレイとして、本物のパンを加工した時計を製作してもらったり外部にパンの立体看板を吊り下げたり、街の雰囲気になじむようなデザインを心がけた。

Design of a bakery, café, and beer bar that will be directly managed by Okayama Kobo. Anaheim, California, United States. Anaheim is undergoing redevelopment, and the city center is returning to life. Based on the design code of the developer, reclaimed wood called reclaimed wood was used in various places. As much as possible, the existing design is used, and the logo is printed on the floor concrete, the client makes a clock made of real bread as a display, and the three-dimensional bread signboard is hung outside. I tried to create a design that fits the atmosphere.
